The Rauch Residence in Seattle, Washington remodeled by BAAN Design. They requested to add additional family’s living and sleeping areas, maximize territorial views, create better access from both upper and lower floors to the rear yard, and also bring light into the existing portion of the house.

They works on adding addition kitchen on first floor, family room and deck area above a new daylight basement with a master bedroom suite on this 1950’s house. Using glass (aluminum storefront glazing system), galvanized steel and exposed concrete for the construction except the roof. The roof using wood framed hip roof system following the original construction.
