The Alcázar of Segovia, or Segovia Castle in english, located in the old city of Segovia, Spain, exactly on a rocky crag above the confluence of the rivers Eresma and Clamores near the Guadarrama mountains. The building is one of the most popular historical sights in Spain built in 1120.

Originally, The Alcázar of Segovia is a wooden stockade fence and then the it changes as a royal palace, a state prison, a Royal Artillery College and a military academy since then. The building started off as an Arab fort, makes the building’s interior and also the name influenced by Muslim culture.
