The Fabricate Lights designed by London based designer, Henny Van Nistelrooy. It presented during the London Design Festival 2010 at the group exhibition ‘Variability’ as part of the Icon Design Trail. Fabricate Lights use simple priciple -consist of a spiral wire frame, an electric light fitting, and the light shade itself, which is a piece of fabric with a pocket (or pockets) woven in- but create unlimited variations. Half of the materials can be altered to make a lot of combination such as, the yarn could be different colour, different make, which means unlimited possibilities of different pattern; the shape of the pocket could be square, round or even oval; it has a lot of different size by cutting out more than one pockets in line.
