The Erdman Hall Dormitories is a college dormitories for girls college, Bryn Mawr College, designed by Louis I. Kahn in 1960. The dormitory located in Bryn Mawr, a community in Lower Merion Township, Pennsylvania, it’s about ten miles west of Philadelphia. The building built for about 130 student rooms with public spaces inside it. It contains of three main geometrical square structures and connected at their corners. Each square has an inner public spaces and surrounded by student rooms and receive light from towering light monitors. The inner halls are: the entry hall, dining hall and living hall. For the construction, it using reinforced concrete frame with cinder block walls covered with slate on the exterior and plaster inside.
