This unique coffee table designed by Sam Stringleman, based in the idea to make a table with support material that added when and only where it is needed. It consists of hexagonal holes that can be filled with hexagonal tiles. The result is a coffee table with dynamic and unique surface pattern that looks like a honeycomb. The hexagon shape was used to make efficient use of space and provides structural integrity. If you think that it will be hard to remove the tiles by push it from the bottom, then don’t be. This table has a removal system that allows users to push down in a select corner of the tile, raising the opposing corner for easy removal. Interesting isn’t it?
