Instead choosing a rebel like she was asked to do, Hanna Bramford use a metaphor to picture this figure. The Black Sheep, someone who stands out from the group, pictured in this unique stool by using black wool from black sheep. The wool then carded, washed, and made it into balls. The Black Sheep Stool was made in a school project in the course Design Process and Prototype at Lund School of Architecture. The starting point in the project was to be inspired by a chosen rebel. Instead of choosing a specific person, I chose the metaphor “The Black Sheep” as someone who stands out from the group. I simply decided to explore what I could get from a black sheep. This is my process and my final prototype.
