This is a pavilion for an exhibition space designed by Riccardo Giovanetti for a door company called Sofia. This pavilion has unique walls that formed using Sofia’s logo, arranged in circle and hanging in the ceiling. The “logo walls” designed to create a direct relationship between the architectural form of the exhibition space with the form of the company’s logo. The result is a large white space of curvilinear shapes that float in the air embracing their inner environment. This design allows light and air to pass through the walls, also create an effect of being blown in the wind. This pavilion using high-density expanded polystyrene for the material. This material is lightweight, compact and completely recyclable.
