Unique Fire Station Built Inside The Rock

This is an unique fire station designed by Berg Meister Wolf, placed in a cave in Margreid, Italy. This building has three big caverns that drilled into the rock and interlinked with a cross cut. The interior use simple materials of wood, glass and steel. In front of this building they use a concrete wall that will protects it against down falling stones while try to show the sense of durable, strong and powerful. This fire station built inside the rock to save valuable ground in the alpine that can be used for agriculture.
