This is a lobby bench that has a sculptural form like river or water flow, designed by Matthias Pliessnig for the lobby of the Alexandria Center. It consist of some pieces that can be joined into one bench. Each piece has measure 27’x8′ and made of steam bent White Oak. One of the pieces is support backrest while the other not. The design is inspired by the human form, geometric flow, furniture functionality, and the interior space itself. You can see how he create this bench, see the video here.
