This is a house that located on the shores of Lake Lugano named Lake Lugano House and designed by JM Architecture. This house consist of two volumes organized on different levels, pavilion levels contains living and dining room, the kitchen and storage spaces while lower levels contains of bedrooms, bathrooms and garage. The different levels created due to the particular topography of the site. On each levels you can find independent outdoor spaces. The pavilion has polygonal shape with glass walls that has rounded edge. This pavilions divided into two areas. The first area is a very private zone, located in the area between the property line and the building setback toward the mountain. The second area is a garden overlooking the lake. There is a ring-like space that obtained between the perimeter wall above and the pavilion looks larger than what it actually is. This space grants constant ventilation and natural light to the living areas. In the central of the pavilion is a place for all the additional functions. This area also acts as a sort of a thick penetrable wall that separates the kitchen from the living room without using doors.
