This is a minimalist urban family living or called as street multi-unit residence, designed by Dawson+Clinton. This residence is contains of two innovative residences that has an integration between indoor and outdoor. Designed for Paul Dawson and his family, this residence taken three years to complete because some problems such as they found underground stream when digging. It designed to fulfill theirs children needs of a space for exercise, outdoor space and the ability to have fun. For adult, there is a space located at the roof deck, used for entertain friends and enjoy the warmer weather in this part of the city.

The interiors offers open spaces, airy and bright, bring the outdoor into the house. For the materials, they use high end building materials such as stainless steel. This residences also provide an open floor to allows the occupants do their own thing but still be connected at the same time. Below are some photos of this minimalist urban family living spaces.
