This residence try to make a interaction between the indoor and outdoor element that will make the occupants feels the experiences of camping. Designed by Bates Masi Architects, this house is built for a couple with two young boys. It use large sliding glass doors in living, dining and kitchen area to make it looks bigger with the views of the surrounding. This house also consist of additional room such as beach equipment area, outdoor shower, sand and mudroom that will give more fun to your live. In the area that consist of living, dining and kitchen area, the thirty-six feet wide glass doors are installed. When the glass door opened, this area become a picnic area while the fireplace become a campfire.
The construction and planning of this house is environmentally friendly. This house is assembled using prefabricated foundation that will minimize the construction debris or toxins such as concrete foundation tar on the site. A great living spaces for your children with a lot of adventure atmosphere.
