The Jumeirah Emirates Hotel Tower is another building of Emirates Tower called as “Emirates Tower Two”(the Emirates Tower One is the Emirates Office Tower). It located along Sheikh Zayed Road in Dubai, United Arab Emirates and connected to the Emirates Office Tower by a 9,000 m² (96,875 ft²) two-storey retail complex known as “The Boulevard”. The building has 309 metres of height or about 1,014 ft and become the 34th tallest building in the world. The building has 56 floor, 2 floor greater than the Emirates Office Tower, but it has shorter height than the office.

The Jumeirah Emirates Hotel designed by Hazel W.S. Wong, an architect of Norr Group Consultants Int. Ltd. and started the construction in 1996. The construction ended in 2000, together with the Emirates Office Tower. The hotel operated by Jumeirah International Group and has many facilities on it. The free facilities included Disabled Parking on site, Indoor/Garage Parking on site, Outdoor Parking on site, ATM Machine on site, Bank on site, Elevators and wheelchair accessible, Handicap Facilities in public spaces, Ice Machine, Safe Deposit Box at front desk, Internet Access in room, Hairdryer in room, and also Safe in room. Another facilities available at charge like ballrom on site, bars, poolside bar, etc.

The building has similarity on design to the Emirates Office Tower. The differences only at the height of the building.
