The glass staircase is a superb glass cantilever staircase with full height independent glass panel balustrade and wall mounted handrail designed by Concept Stairs Limited for The Loch House by McInnes Gardner in Killearn. The staircase is the first glass staircase in Scotland (treads are 3 layers of toughened glass bolted into a hidden steel sub-frame) with glass balcony panels.
