This is an elegant house designed by Rajiv Saini & Associates. It is a remodeled house of an old family home, transforming the character of the house into a contemporary house. This 12,500 sq feet home renovated in many place such as cantilever on existing structure, new spaces from redundant spaces, grand spiral marble staircase become sleek metal and stone one stairs, etc. To create a sense of fresh and cool, they use grey granite,silver-grey travertine,white marble ,blonde woods, steel and glass as the materials.
“As a designer,my greatest reward was when my client on returning from a long holiday to NY exclaimed that no fancy hotel anywhere in the world now gives her as much enjoyment as the comfort of her own home!”
