This is a contemporary house with a decoration of roof garden on its exterior designed by Guz Architects. Located on a new housing estate on the island of Sentosa, Singapore, this house built on medium site size with buildings that located close to the sides of each house. The purpose of this house design is to provide privacy where possible by build a solid wall to each side neighbor but allowing the sea breeze entering through the centre of the building with a central light and stair well. The roof garden provide a greenery view and base for each storey. This way make each storey feels like it was a single storey dwelling sitting in a garden.
