This is a beach house located Curl Curl, New South Wales, Australia. This house is a result of an exercise in material, time, and cost efficiency using timber as the main material, offers the natural effects both of inside and outside of the house. Curl Curl Beach house consist of two bedrooms with built-in robes, bathroom/laundry, an open plan dining, kitchen, living space, and a deck. This house has natural ventilation in all direction that allows fresh air and sunlight enter the house. The two integral fish ponds and vegetation used to make the summer breeze cooler. For the privacy, this house use large awnings and timber screening. This house also separate the public space and the private space using a central structural zone that made of timber studwork and clad with Spruce veneer. For the exterior they use Western Red Cedar shiplap boards on the stud frame walls. Nice house to enjoying your free time.
